A guest speaker will join us to discuss how graduate students can do to work with stress and anxiety related to their academic roles and responsibilities Talking points include:

  • Establishing healthy boundaries with your academic peers and supervisors 
  • Practicing clear communication regarding your needs and limits with your academic peers and supervisors. 
  • Discussing the fear of expressing mental health issues in academic settings.
