ZenTangles and Mindful Art

ZenTangles and Mindful Drawing bring together art and mindfulness practice to bring people into a sense of ease, relaxation, and focus. Coffee has been known to be an amazing drink, and other folks prefer herbal tea! Join us on Friday January 14th at 5:00pm on Zoom to come together to do drink some tea and some mindful art! 

Each participant will receive a package with ZenTangles and Mindful Drawing sheets, coffee, and tea! We’ll chit chat, draw together, talk, and just have some good old fun!
