Graduate House offers summer student housing from May 1 – August 23rd.
Our summer residence is open to:
Spaces are offered on a first come, first serve basis. There is a minimum booking term of six weeks.
Eligibility
All U of T students, any student enrolled in a post-secondary institution, U of T alumni and School of Continuing Studies students.
Flexible stays
We offer flexible bookings to suit your needs, ranging from six weeks to full summer stays.
Suite-style accommodation
Single or double bedrooms, with shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge facilities.
All-inclusive fees
Our summer residence fees include accommodation, utilities and internet.

Yes! All students enrolled in a post-secondary institution for the summer term, including those on a placement, co-op or work term, are eligible to apply. You do not have to be a University of Toronto student to stay with us during the summer.
Please note: non U of T Students are required to provide proof of student status
Bookings are available between a minimum of six weeks and up to four months (full summer stays).
For stays of less than six weeks, you can make a booking of 30 days with one of our partner residences (Chestnut Residence or Knox Residence), or stays of less than 30 days are bookable via our summer accommodations team – Stay at U of T.

Our Summer 2024 rates are provided as a reference. Any fees listed on our website are indicative and subject to final approval. Final fee assessments will be conducted in accordance with the applicable policies and guidelines at the University of Toronto. Any changes to fees will be updated by April 2024.
Your first payment must be submitted through the application on Moneris. Once this payment is completed it unlocks the remaining sections of your application. You will pay the remaining balance through your ACORN account.
Any unpaid fees on ACORN on the 15th of each month are subject to service charges.

Fees balance is due upon or prior to arrival at Graduate House for check-in.
Summer offers are typically sent in early to mid-March. If you meet our eligibility requirements and space permits, you will be contacted by email with an offer.
