Q: Where can I park?

Underground parking is available below Graduate House . You can find out more about parking options via U of T’s Transportation Services website . There is a laneway at the east side of the building with paid parking. However, you do run the risk of being ticketed if you leave your car unattended in the laneway.

Question 1

What is the move-in process like?

On your move-in date, you will arrive at the front entrance of our building to check in. We are located at 60 Harbord Street (Spadina Avenue and Harbord Street). Please ensure that you bring photo identification with you as you will need this to collect your welcome package and keys.

Our welcome team will process your move-in and answer any questions you may have, and we also have carts available that you can borrow to assist with your move.

Once you’re checked in, you’ll receive your mailbox key through our contactless pick-up method. You’ll use this key to access your welcome package and room fob in your mailbox.

Question 2

Can I bring someone (e.g., friends, family) to help me move my belongings?

We ask that you bring no more than 2 individuals with you to help you move in.

Please note that our staff will not be able to assist in unloading or moving personal items and thus we encourage that incoming residents make prior arrangements to have family, friends, or professional services to assist them with moving their belongings.

How can I meet my Residence Advisor?

You will be assigned a Residence Advisor (RA) upon move in. Your Residence Advisor will reach out to you through email after you move in to set up a 1-1 chat. Feel free to reach out to your RA during your time at Graduate House. Your RA is available to answer any questions, and support you with whatever you need!

How can I connect with other Graduate House residents?

We invite you to connect with other residents through Graduate House’s numerous programs and events offered throughout the year.
