Heat, electricity, water, and internet are all included with your residence fee.
AIR CONDITIONING
Graduate House is fully air conditioned for those hot and humid Toronto summers.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
In-house laundry facilities. Alongside washer and dryers the laundry room is equipped with a sink, counter space, an ironing board, and WIFI.
FRONT DESK
Available to residents 9am to 11pm on weekdays and noon to 6pm on weekends and statutory holidays. Front desk offers: parcel pick up and mail distribution, cart rental, fee information and more.
RA SUPPORT
RAs are experienced graduate students that provide mentorship and support to residents. There are seven RAs and one Head RA.
COMMUNITY SPACEs
The Courtyard Common Room (CCR) is equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, study space, a music room, and a theatre room.
STUDY & MEETING ROOMS
Graduate House has a variety of study and meeting rooms for resident use
