Mindful Movement

Let’s Flow Together! Start your day off with a 45-minute relaxing and restorative yoga session. This class combines gentle movements and mindful breathing to improve your core strength, flexibility, and your mind-body connection. No prior experience is needed. Bring a water bottle and dress in athletic clothing. Limited spots are available, so sign up soon!
