All our suites come fully furnished.
Single & Double Rooms
We offer both single and double rooms, so you can bunk up, or bunk alone.
Full Kitchen
Our suites come with a fully stocked kitchen, including a fridge, oven, and microwave.
Living Area
Our suites have a comfortable living area with a loveseat, armchair, and a kitchen table with 4 chairs.
Graduate House houses 435 students in 117 fully furnished, three to five bedroom suites. As a building, Graduate House is gender neutral; applicants can choose one single gendered suite, or an all gender suite.

Front DEsk
Available to residents 9:00am to 11:00pm on weekdays and noon to 6:00pm on weekends and statutory holidays. Front desk offers: parcel pick up and mail distribution, cart rental, fee information and more
RA Support
RAs are experienced graduate students that provide mentorship and support to residents. There are 7 RAs and 1 Head RA.
Community Space
The Courtyard Common Room (CCR) is equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, study space, a music room, and a theatre room.
Utilities Included
Heat, electricity, water, and internet are all included with your residence fee.
Laundry Facilities
SparkleXpress card operated laundry facilities are located on the Courtyard level. The laundry room is equipped with a sink, counter space, an ironing board, and WIFI.
Air Conditioning
Graduate House is fully air conditioned for those hot and humid Toronto summers.
Study & Meeting Rooms
Graduate House has many study and meeting rooms for resident use.
